How it works

How it works

The Core 8 mobile application can be downloaded from iTunes or Google Play store. Once downloaded, students can search for teachers offering a wide range of wellness classes across the UAE.

Our students are able to refine their search by class practice, the location where they would like to practice, the teacher or the language the teacher speaks.

Accessing the chosen teacher's live online schedule, students can book and pay for their class straight away.

At Core 8 we believe in being able to tailor your class needs to your busy life. We offer the option to book a teacher for up to 3 people, up to 5 people and up to 10 people, essentially giving you the freedom to create your own group class full of friends.

Straight forward, simple and convenient.

  • MYSOFACIAL RELEASE

Mysofascial release is a bodywork technique in which the practitioner uses static or rolling pressure on the body’s soft tissue to apply traction to the fascia (connective tissue). This technique results in softening and lengthening (release) of the fascia, breaking down scar tissue or adhesions between skin, muscles and bones. MFR has been shown to relieve various muscle and joint pain as well as improving flexibility and range of motion in all types of practitioners from athletes to the infirmed. An MFR class will increase your mobility as well as tackling restrictions and dysfunctions, which are factors that can develop from daily lifestyle activities.
